Should we expect the Dems to help infrastructure and green stocks and the Repubs to help healthcare product stocks? Any thoughts on this?

Anybody have any thoughts on this one? Looks very early stage -- only $7mm in revenue and losing money with a $400mm market cap!!!! . . . at least on the surface, it doesn't look like the "quality" IPO that one would expect in this type of market . . . Morgan Stanley is the underwriter . . . perhaps they see something I'm missing (in addition to the underwriting fees -- ha ha!)
